I created this program specifically for neurodivergent moms like you who are trying to show up differently for their kids—but are still carrying the weight of old patterns, past wounds, and a nervous system stuck in survival mode.

I know you want to be more present, but it feels hard. It IS hard. You keep spinning, wondering what is wrong with you, because real presence comes with healing. You have to do the work. It takes time. And sometimes you just need a little help to get that ball rolling. That is where I come in!

Each week, we’ll meet for a private coaching session where you’ll get space to slow down, feel supported, and explore what’s showing up in your life. We’ll talk through what’s hard, connect it to deeper patterns, and work with simple practices you can actually use—at your pace, in your real life. You’ll get guidance, nervous-system tools, mindfulness support, and space to practice what it means to show up for you.

Every session ends with a short meditation or guided practice to help you feel grounded before you return to your day.

You’re not broken—you have everything you need inside of you. You just need to know how to access it.

Everyone can do iRest© meditations. There are no requirements to empty your mind or sit still. When we implement neurodiverse-affirming somatic coaching and iRest©, we welcome and inquire into whatever arises without a need to fix or change anything. Instead of coming from a place of brokenness, we start from the place in ourselves that is already whole.

iRest© Dyad Co-Meditation

Break free from self-limiting beliefs and release stored emotions and memories.

The iRest© Dyad is a one-on-one meditative guide of self-inquiry. It is a somatic exploration into how your body communicates with you through sensations, emotions, and thoughts.

The dyad format is a face-to-face dialogue between me and you, whether virtually or in person. Rather than seeking to fix or change, the dyad encourages you to meet yourself and your experience exactly as it is. You are invited to meet these emotions and experiences to the degree you choose and at your own pace.

When we stop striving for change through the driver of shame and guilt, we can step back from events as a witness with acceptance. This is how you cultivate self-awareness, self-acceptance, and joy.. and by default.. change.

You have the option to receive a voice recording of your session.
