Discover Balance and Clarity with iRest

Stress, anxiety, and depression often manifest physically, stemming from unresolved inner conflicts and conditioning. These can lead to thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors that feel limiting or unwanted.

iRest offers a supportive path to self-understanding. Through meditative inquiry, it encourages you to explore beliefs shaped by psychological, spiritual, familial, social, and cultural influences. This process isn’t about accepting or rejecting those beliefs—it’s about curiosity and discovery.

By working through the 10 Steps of iRest and connecting with your intention, purpose, and inner resources, iRest helps to reduce stress and anxiety, while fostering a deeper sense of well-being and resilience. This practice is an opportunity to uncover the clarity and strength already within you.

Want to take your healing journey to the next level? Schedule a 1:1 iRest personalized session.

In a 1:1 iRest meditation is a practice that provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore whatever thoughts, emotions, or physical sensations come up, and together, we work on meeting them with curiosity rather than judgment.

Here’s how 1:1 sessions work: Once payment is received, I will send an email with intake questions and instructions on preparing for your session. After the intake is complete, you will be contacted to schedule your session. Please email with any questions to linda@themindfulneuro.com.

As your guide, I’ll help you slow down, notice, and feel what's present in your body and mind without needing to fix or change anything. You’re encouraged to follow your own pace. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, or want to connect more deeply with yourself, this co-meditation provides a gentle, supportive approach. We’ll use grounding techniques and breath awareness, and I’ll offer prompts to help you stay engaged with the process. I provide the map, but you lead the way, deciding what roads feel safest to go down.

iRest is a simple and accessible form of meditation designed for everyone regardless of experience or attention span ability. There is no requirement to keep your mind clear or body still.

Backed by extensive research, this evidence-based practice can help people navigate all of life's challenges.

The goal of iRest is to make your life a little better each day.
