Hello!

I'm Linda Marie and I am so glad you are here.

Let me share a few things about me…

Reducing the Neurospicy Overwhelm

I have lived with ADHD, anxiety, and an autoimmune disease for as long as I can remember. At 48 years old, I was also diagnosed with ASD. These conditions left me feeling like I was constantly fighting with my mind and body. Coupled with spending years in addiction, eating a poor diet, and engaging in toxic relationships, my nervous system was working in overdrive.

Struggling in this spot for years, I understand how overwhelming it can be to implement a daily meditation and mindfulness practice, especially if you have a busy schedule and a busy mind like mine. With brain fog, ADHD, and other neurospicy symptoms, it's easy to be disconnected and distracted- leaving you with anxiety, stress, guilt, and overwhelmed.

So, I went on a journey to learn all I could about the mind-body connection. This led to multiple certifications in somatic mindfulness practices. These mind-body interventions provided me with emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Whether addiction is part of your story or not- life gives us unexpected moments of trauma, stress, and situations that get stored in our bodies if not addressed, leaving our bodies sick and tired and our minds emotionally distressed and unregulated.

Stay with me as I help you go beyond self-limiting beliefs so you can live a life without anxiety, fear, and overwhelm.

If you follow along with me on this journey, here are some things you may discover about yourself:

  1. Mindfulness that Works: You'll learn how to make mindfulness fit your schedule and lifestyle, helping you stay present and reduce stress.
  2. Self-Compassion: You'll get tips on showing yourself the same kindness and understanding that you effortlessly give to others.
  3. Emotions as Messengers: You'll learn to listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you.
  4. Resilience: You'll learn the role acceptance plays in your resiliency capabilities.
  5. Self-Acceptance: You will get resources that help you be more present and connected with your mind and body, others, and the world around you.
  6. Recovery: We are all recovering from something. But if it's a substance disorder that you are recovering from, you will learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your recovery.
  7. Purpose: Discover your heartfelt purpose, core values, and how to set intentions that will change your outlook on life.

So, are you ready to embark on this journey of self-discovery with me? Let's do this!

Healing with Expression

Writing and mindful movement are encouraged methods of self-exploration for mindfulness and somatic healing.

This was exemplified in my involvement in the 2022 Clean Ink project, a significant initiative within the recovery community where I orchestrated, contributed, and edited the anthology titled “Clean Ink: An Anthology of Recovery Poetry and Tattoos,” published in 2022. This anthology comprises heartfelt contributions from individuals in recovery and their loved ones.
