Welcome!
A space where women and kids learn how to regulate stress, understand their emotions, and grow into their most authentic selves.
Hi, I’m Linda — mom, counselor, playful guide, and proud late-diagnosed AuDHD woman.
I know what it’s like to juggle life, kids, and a squirrelly neurodivergent brain — and still want to show up with joy, connection, and confidence. That’s why I created The Mindful Neuro: a space where women can fall in love with themselves, raise kids who love who they are, and sprinkle a little whimsy into everyday life.
Does this sound like you? You are not alone. Many of us were raised by parents who didn’t know how to regulate themselves, let alone teach us those skills. We aren’t blaming anyone. You don’t know what you don’t know. And if you have been trying to change this cycle with your kids, it’s not an easy ride, especially if you are navigating neurodivergence in the mix.
What I discovered changed my life!
I knew I had to share my newfound freedom with other women who were struggling to overcome self-limiting beliefs and embrace a life not consumed with anxiety, fear, and overwhelm. That was the beginning of The Mindful Neuro blog.
But this is the thing… mindfulness is not a one-size-fits-all strategy. It takes… well, mindfulness, to discover what works in providing stress relief for YOU.
That is where my AuDHD superpower comes alive. I would have chosen the rocket-building form of autism, but the world must have known I was needed to help people peel back the layers and develop new systems of healing. I am here to help you comb through what isn’t working and find what will. Together we will cultivate a personal mindfulness practice, explore techniques to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, and take control of stress and anxiety. But more than that, if you are a mom, I am here to provide experiences that help you teach your children what you desperately needed at their age.

Yoga at The Mindful Neuro
iRest Yoga Nidra
When I discovered a meditation practice that didn’t require me to be still, lie down, or clear my mind, I was sold! This class is perfect for those wanting a more accessible approach to meditation and mindfulness or a space for deep relaxation and self-awareness, helping you release stress and reconnect with your inner calm.
TMN Kids Yoga & Mindfulness
As a neurodivergent teacher, it is important to create a safe space for all types of thinkers and energy levels. Parents can relax without the need to monitor their child’s level of participation and attention. We create safety by allowing kids to listen to their bodies and take part at levels that are comfortable for them. That is what kids’ yoga is all about.

Reflexology Services for Women
Reflexology offers a calming, hands-on approach to supporting the nervous system through gentle pressure on specific points in the feet and hands. Sessions focus on releasing tension, improving circulation, and settling the body into a more relaxed state.

1:1 Individualized Stress Reduction Support
