What happens when Sonic takes a breath, slows down, and tunes in?
Your child is about to find out.
Join me for a Sonic-powered movement and mindfulness adventure with games, music, and time to recharge.
We’ll power-up with yoga moves, collect golden rings, dodge Dr. Robotnik’s distractions, and finish in Sonic’s secret Chill Zone (aka the Peaceful Garden). This class is perfect for ALL energy levels—whether your kiddo is full speed or learning how to slow it down.
