Join us for a Saturday Morning Reset with iRest (Integrative Restoration), a contemporary form of Yoga Nidra. Backed by research, practiced little and often, iRest can provide the extra support you need.
Yoga Nidra, “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation that invites you into a deeply restful state. During the practice, you’re gently led through different layers of your experience—your body, energy, emotions, thoughts, inner awareness, and sense of self—helping you reconnect and unwind on multiple levels.
Bring a mat (limited mats are available for you to use) and a readiness to receive.
